I started eating nettles and dendilion flowers. Then I increased the list of plants I regularly use, and from march to octobre, I enjoy eating coloured and good tasting salads. Sometimes I add more calorific ingredients in order to get a whole plate.
ll present here only my staple plants, those which taste good and are easily and rapidly collected.

In spring, I stuff myself with plantain buds.
I love the taste, raw or fried in a little olive oil, and although I pick all those I can, the next day there are still as many. They're on the plate


How to start ? A few trip about eatable wild plants with a guide (there are more and more), a book, and go forward for food !
Side-effect of foraging : you'll be reluctant to contribute to pollution.
